(*) The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) makes the final Record of Decision (RoD) on the SCMagLev system based in large part on the comments-for-the-record received and maintained by the MTA.
So, all comments should always be submitted directly to the MTA at http://bwmaglev.info/index.php/contact-us
And copies of correspondence to elected officials, etc., should also be submitted as comments-for-the-record to MTA at that same web address:
Putting something like "cc: MTA comments" will show recipients that that letter was also submitted to MTA as a comment-for-the-record.
